Executive Chef and Owner Leonardo Daniele has had a passion for food since childhood, and along with hard work and determination, this passion has allowed him to live out his dreams as a successful restauranteur and highly acclaimed chef at some of the top restaurants and hotels in the country.  Most notable earlier in his career would be his work at Bartolotta's, alongside the James Beard Award-winning chef Paul Bartolotta at the Wynn Casino in Las Vegas.  From San Diego to New Orleans, Leonardo Trattoria the restaurant, and Leonardo Daniele the chef, are synonomous with high end, top quality, authentic Italian cuisine. Despite bearing the heavy burden of a reputation for excellence, he has remained true to his vision, and consistently innovative.
